With over 30 years in media sales, including 15 years as President of CBS/Audacy Radio Sales, Jana knows what it takes to lead high-performing teams, hit ambitious goals, and stay accountable when the pressure is on.

Jana led a national sales team of 40+ people, generated over $300 million in annual national revenue, and built growth strategies for more than 200 radio stations across the U.S.


Today, she brings that leadership experience to founders and scaling leaders as a certified executive coach. Jana works with people who are ready for more than good ideas, they want a clear plan, real accountability, and a trusted partner who helps them follow through.
